1. In the event of an order for service which you may have placed with us in any format and that you have not availed any advisory or consulting from our specialists, directors, employees, associates or agents, then in that specific case, you are eligible to seek cancellation of the service order and consequently may be further eligible for refund subject to you being qualified as such to seek refund based on our refund policy.
2. Occurrence of cancellation of any paid consultant for which payment has been successfully made and a confirmation number or email has been generated, and the consultation has not been concluded due to any avertable/ inevitable reason(s) we must be notified of the same in writing- by an email at info@zavianservices.com.
3. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your email on info@zavianservices.com. Cancellation can be requested no later than 24 hours before the final delivery time of work, compliances of the document, completion of filing.
4. Our Client Support Service team will contact you within 7 working business days regarding the cause of cancellation, confirmation and deduction on cancellation of service. We will return your money within 15 to 30 business days from the request for the cancellation was received and thereafter approved from our end.
5. Please note that there will be deduction(s) as per our refund policy. The refund will be processed directly in your Bank/ Credit Card account used to make the payment, or if a specific request for refund by way of the cheque is received, the Zavian Management Services shall be taking the final decision whether to accept such request.
6. In addition, the client will bear the full cost or expenses incurred by us for departmental visits, cancellation of the document, preparation of documents, stamp duties, notarization of the document. In all the cases, GST charged/levied with the consultation/professional fee will not be refunded to the client as the GST goes to a third party, i.e. tax authorities.

REFUND POLICY
1. In the occurrence of your consultation request being accepted but post-payment due to unanticipated and mitigating circumstances, your consultation request is rejected or cancelled. In such cases, you will be given a choice for another consultation request or will be offered a complete refund if you so desire. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent to the client within 7 working days, and a refund will be credited to your account within 15 to 30 working days.
2. In case your credit card/debit card/payment account has been overcharged, please notify info@zavianservices.com of the same at the earliest. Zavian Management Services Private Limited will refund the outstanding amount to your Payment Account within 15 working days. In the reverse situation, if the transaction amount during payment of the fee happens to be less than the actual fee amount, Zavian Management Services Private Limited will debit the outstanding amount from your payment and notify you of the same.
3. In most cases, there is no other situation under which Zavian Management Services Private Limited will provide a refund, except for the condition specifically mentioned under Refund Policy.
4. In exceptional circumstances, the Zavian Management Services Private Limited team will work with you to reach a mutually acceptable solution. Zavian Management Services Private Limited intends to be objective, fair and rational in resolving such situations to maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with clients. The maximum refund claimable from Zavian Management Services Private Limited cannot exceed the amount paid by the user at Zavian Management Services Private Limited for availing the services of Lawyer’s/Company Secretary/Charted Accountant/Accountant/ Relationship Executives or panel consultants of Zavian Management Services Private Limited.
5. Please note that no refund will be processed if the team Zavian Management Services Private Limited has done their part to provide the service in cases where the client has not furnished requisite documents, information or clarification for delivery of the services.
6. No refund is applicable if there is a denial from the Registrar of Companies, GST Department, or any Government Agency of any registration, license, application, or application petition for whatsoever reason.
7. No application for the refund is acceptable after 36 hours of placing the order with us; further, even if the refund is requested within 36 hours, but the team at Zavian Management Services Private Limited has already started processing the order, the refund is not applicable in that case.
8. In all the cases except as per the discretion of the management of Zavian Management Services Private Limited, there will be a nominal deduction (15%) in the amount refunded, payable towards online payment processing. The refund will be processed directly in your Bank/ Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.
